my name is Katja (& Simone is my middle name). i’m a twenty-something year-old student of english philology, religion studies & Japanese at the University of Helsinki. i live on the sixth floor of a high rise building in Kallio, an share the apartment with a mysterious roommate. hobbies that i am very passionate about include crocheting; knitting; watching/talking about/posting pictures on tumblr related to Supernatural (tv show); reading; life design & photography.

speaking of photography, that is what my site and blog mostly revolve around. my blog is mostly about documenting life and trying out new things with my camera. my aim is to become better, maybe even to do professional photography some day. i also have a gallery of some of my work on the site; a portfolio of sorts!
